Actual labor hours and costs are based on a worker at $90/hour, regardless of the number of people assigned to the task, as the total time required remains the same. The calculation is made based on either the number of points or the area. The client inputs one of these two daily values, and the calculation adjusts to determine the monthly equivalent.

The labor hours and costs with the HP SitePrint are based on an operator at $90/hour and a robot usage cost of $2.15 per m². The estimated productivity is 153 m²/hour. The payment for the robot is not included in the cost savings. As a reference, a company can expect a payment of $1,341 per month for 60 months, based on current prices and subject to change.
