1. Organizer
The organization and management of the draw is the responsibility of AB Tech NE inc, with address at 867 Boylston Street 5th Floor #1371, MA 02116 (Boston) and fiscal identification number 38-4240913.
2. Participants
This contest is open to construction companies legally registered and operating in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont (the New England states), New York State, and New Jersey. Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enter. ABTECH or Leica Geosystems employees, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members are not eligible to participate.
3. Draw Mechanics
To participate, please follow these simple steps:

Navigate to abtech.com and fill out the designated form with your details.
4. Participation Period
The draw’s participation period begins on April 2nd, 2024, and ends on June 1st at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the draw.
5. Prize
The prize of the draw will consist of:
Two tickets Premium Seating at Yankee Stadium to the Red Sox vs Yankees game, with a total value of $879,78.
The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
6. Winner Selection
ABTECH will randomly select the winner from all construction companies that have met the draw requirements using the Rafflys (AppSorteos) platform. The winner will be announced via a phone call from our team and by email.
7. Treatment of Personal Data
ABTECH will process the personal data provided by the participants by the provisions of the applicable regulations on protecting personal data. Please find the link to our Privacy Policy+.
8. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw
ABTECH reserves the right to modify these legal terms if they do not harm the participants’ rights. Likewise, ABTECH reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.
9. Liability
ABTECH is not responsible for any possible damages, harm, or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the draw or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, ABTECH is not responsible for the winners’ improper or fraudulent use of the prizes.
10. Acceptance of the Legal Terms
Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Please comply with any rules or requirements outlined in these legal terms to avoid the participant’s exclusion from the draw.38-4240913
